Hession (nee Kearney) (22 Old Shore Court, Carrickfergus and formerly Portglenone) 23rd August 2021 Maureen RIP, beloved wife of Denis, much loved mother of  Emma, Michael, Judith, Rachel and Sarah, loving daughter of the late Harry and Georgie and dear sister of Liam, Angela, Harry, Aidan, Eileen and the late Sinead and Seamus.

Maureen was reposing in our South Derry Funeral Home, 43 Glenone Road, Clady (Corner), BT44 8LH , whereby visitors were welcome to call and pay their respects on Wednesday 25th August 2021 between 6pm - 8pm. Her remains left the funeral home on Thursday 26th August at 11.45am for 1pm Requiem Mass in St Nicholas’s Catholic Church, Carrickfergus, which can be viewed on the parish webcam by clicking on the following link: https://youtube.com/channel/UC_v2-ZakmcW9duPjGrACW0Q and her burial took place immediately afterwards in Prospect Cemetery Carrickfergus.

NB: Sadly due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Maureen’s wake and funeral was limited to social distancing within both the Funeral Home and the Church.

Maureen’s passing was deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, son, daughters, brothers, sisters, grandchildren and all the family circle. Our lady of Lourdes pray for her.
