At the time of a death, we understand the difficulties associated with holding a wake at home, as would be the traditional in many areas. The idea of catering for, and accommodating a large number of people, can be a daunting prospect.

We believe that by being the appointed Funeral Directors, it is our duty of care to the grieving family to assist with this task, and help keep stress and anxiety to a minimum. For this reason we offer all families whom we serve a “Complimentary Wake Furnishings Service”. This service includes us providing the following items which we deliver, setup, and collect from each wake house, as and when required.

• Fold away catering tables

• Fold away seating (rated for maximum load bearing weight)

• Crockery including:

  • cups

  • saucers

  • tea and coffee pots

  • sugar bowls

  • milk jugs

  • serving trays

  • plus more

• 20 litre, electric, thermostatic, water boilers

• Air conditioner units

• Marquees and gazebos (various sizes available)

• Exterior lighting and heating

• Traffic control signage

• Traffic control two way handheld radio units
